T.O.S & INFORMATION

TERMS/POLICIES

  • Commissions are for personal use only if not discussed otherwise.

  • You must be +18 to commission (even SFW art).

  • The commissioner can reupload the commission, but always giving proper credit.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission if I'm not comfortable with the idea.

  • Commissioner can ask for a deadline: this will include a rush fee depending on the time and complexity.

  • Private commissions will have a fee, won't stream/share the process or result on any of my platforms.

  • Prints of commissions are allowed as long as it's for personal use only, never for public sale.

  • No rush/harassment over my work speed will be tolerated.

  • I reserve my right to work on commissions as I feel most inspired on, I don't have an specific queue.

WILL/WON'T DRAW

  • WILL DRAW: Females, game/anime/manga/series characters, OCs/RPCs, Elves/fairies/angels/succubus and such, catgirls/foxgirls (not considered furries), Real life persons (with their consent), regular futanari, various kinks (ask), BDSM/Small blows, spanks, hits, etc.

  • WON'T DRAW: Loli/underage, Furry/anthro, Gore/vore/bestiality, characters based on a description (no references), super muscular/fat/skinny characters, exaggerated futanari, complex weapons, complex backgrounds or fetished I don't feel comfortable drawing (ask).

DM's via Twitter/DeviantArt/Discord to engage on the commission are OK, but make sure you send the form so it's easier for me.

  • SUBJECT: [COMMISSION] (Character Name) (Commission Type)

  • COMISSION TYPE: (Sketch Bust, Thigh-up Illustration, etc.)

  • EXTRA VERSIONS: (Bikini, lingerie, nude, etc.) If not required any, leave this in blank.

  • E-MAIL FOR INVOICE: Your e-mail for PayPal invoice.

  • REFERENCES: Submit as many as you want, character, pose, clothing, face expression, etc.

  • NOTE: Any extra information that would be of use, explaining references or such.

You can send the form in English or Spanish.
Payment currency is EUR€.
You are responsible of your currency conversion in case it's not EUR€.
Payment will be done upfront and via PayPal invoice.

WORKFLOW

  • We'll discuss the commission and if the references & info are OK and nothing's missing, I can proceed.

  • Payment is recieved.

  • Rough sketch is sent for review.

  • Lineart & base colors are sent for review.

  • Finished commission will be sent.

Please keep in mind changes must be requested when I send the rough sketch.
Color tweaks can be done in the base colors.
I won't make any big changes within the linework or color stages.
I need feedback for each step so I can continue the process.

REFUNDS & CHARGEBACK

  • I won't do any kind of refund once you ordered and paid for a commission.

  • You can cancel your commission if you haven't made the payment yet.

  • You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for an ordered commission for any reason.

  • Purposefully issuing a chargeback will result in blacklisting you and your email account.

Please note that once you order a commission you're paying for Intellectual Property as Digital Artwork.

FINAL PRODUCT

  • Commissioner will have to respect that my artistic style can't be altered.

  • Commissioner must be aware that I won't imitate other artists style.

  • Credit must be given to me if the commissioner decides to re-upload the commission in different platforms.

  • .rars that contain the commission files will be purged from the website from time to time, maybe weeks/month after I send them, so make sure you download them in time because I might not have the copy around forever.

  • I'm not obligated to send the .PSD file of my work so I reserve the right of not to.

  • Rude, innapropiate, and non-constructive comments will result in Blacklisting.

  • Additional/Extra versions will most likely will be posted exclusively in my Patreon, but the commissioner can post them publicly if they wish to.

Please have in mind that there might be slight differences from the product you recieve to the samples of my gallery since each artwork is different.
